Get Excited for your new floors

Our process is easy!

1

In Person Consultation

We enjoy meeting new people and discussing with them the aesthetics and functionality of all the different floor coverings. At this time, we will measure up your project and take all our notes as well as discuss an idea for timeline and expectations.

2

Custom Proposal

Within 2 days of the consult, we will have a proposal that has everything itemized by material cost and labor so you can see exactly what you’re paying for what. You can also see a detailed explanation of what we are planning to do and how we will address any of your concerns.

3

Ordering of Materials

If an estimate was for given for materials in your proposal, we will be helping you shop for the right product that meets your desired design and budget. (We’re really good at this).
Once you give us the thumbs up, we will order materials and personally deliver them.

4

Construction

At this stage, you are our top priority. We understand that this can be a stressful environment to live in and we want you to have the best experience possible. If you have a need, we will do everything we can to meet it.
Seldomly we will run into an unforeseen situation and will need to renegotiate our agreement but at this point to the process, we are as generous as we can be to make sure you’re happy.

5

Client Inspection

Now it’s time for you to get picky. We pride ourselves in doing things right and by the book, so I’m confident there won’t be any major issues.
However, you might notice that piece of trim looks strange or that board looks different. We want to give you every reason to give us a review that will keep our business going strong for years to come.

6

Final Payment

Most clients will pay for the materials once it’s been delivered to their job site.
The remaining labor costs will be due upon completion once you’re satisfied with your new floor or stairs.
We prefer checks but we accept cash too.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ

Yes! We are licensed and insured to do all things flooring so you can rest assured that your flooring project will go smoothly and professionally.

Small floor jobs can occasionally be scheduled in a matter of days but usually requires more time if we need to order material.

Larger projects typically require a month before we can focus our attention on them.

Small projects can be paid in full at the completion of job once you’re satisfied.

Larger projects we will collect material costs upon material delivery and labor costs after completion once you’re satisfied.

Every project is different and we understand that maintaining a clean, livable environment is a top priority. We will discuss with you our plan daily so you will know if there will be an area in your home that is off limits. We will plan with you to make sure your home is functional during construction.

We guarantee our professional services. If there is a mistake made, we will fix it. If there is a problem with the manufacturing of the product, we will advocate for you to make sure you aren’t liable to pay for the project twice.

Our reviews are everything to us so we will ensure that you are happy long term with your product.

Refinishing projects can be messy. It’s a top priority to keep our customers happy and satisfied. So we have a very strong vacuum that gets 99% of the dust. We often plastic off rooms and cabinets and turn off your HVAC to ensure the dust is contained.

Sometimes we demo a floor to find wood rot in the subfloor. This will require an alteration to the proposal agreement. Don’t worry though, our pricing is very reasonable.

Prefinished floors will require us to move the large furniture around as we go because it can be set on the new floor immediately after it’s installed.

During a refinish project, all the furniture needs to be moved off the floor. We will usually find areas of the house that we can move the furniture into that aren’t getting refinished. Occasionally we will need to order a POD unit. Our insurance fully covers us for moving furniture.

We take a lot of time understanding the lives of our customers and therefor the needs they have for their floors. We will help you narrow down what is the best option for your home, rental, or business.
